1.       No other agreements, except those written on our order confirmations will be recognised as valid and binding. Any other verbal agreements are to be considered as episode within the negotiation, and therefore not binding.

2.       Goods are always sold EXW, packing included, as per our order confirmation. When transport is to be delivered by carrier, this should be appointed by the buyer. Goods are carried at buyer’s risk, even if they are sold carriage free.

3.       Claims due to non-observance of technical specifications and misusage of goods are not accepted. Possible claims should be notified not later than 10 days from receipt of goods. 

4.       Possible returns of goods are to be explicity authorized by us. Carriage and delivery instructions are to be defined each time.

5.       Delivery terms are those quoted in our order confirmation, and are intended fulfilled by handing the goods to the carrier; not in any case the seller is responsible for any delivery delay due to the carrier. For circumstances beyond seller’s control (e.g. machinery breakdown, electric power consumption limitations, strikes, etc.) upon notice to purchaser, delivery term will be extended until named obstacles will not be removed, and in such a case any kind of reimbursement is due to the purchaser. After three months from the arranged delivery date, the purchaser is free to cancel his order but not entitled to ask for any kind of reimbursement.

6.       In case of irregular or delaied payments, the seller is entitled to cancel the contracts and/or of those already agreed upon and not yet carried out, as well as to claim for any additional charges. For delaied payment of invoices, the buyer is bound to correspond interests that run from the expiration to the collection date, at the banking rate in force. First delivery is always effected by cash on delivery, other agreements quoted in our offer, excepted.

7.       For light frames made of aluminium profiles and plastic material, the certificate of conformity in accordance with rules in force, is of exclusive client’s competence, who works out the plan.

8.       On request, goods can be delivered along with a certificate of conformity.
