Thermoforming

Our Company is spacialized in thermoforming polycarbonate and we have thermoforming machines with molding maximum functonal space of 2750x1500mm and maximum deepth of 800mm.

Our actual production is about the following materials:

We also use 2 CNC 5 Axis Working Centers for trimming, and one of them belong to the last high teck technology, 2500mm x 3200mm (we can share it in 2 level place 2500mm x 1600mm).
We also have two Cannon Foamer plants (4 programs C7 and 40 programs C30) for the injection of polyurethanic resins (furnishings and thermoacoustics insulation).
We also have a CAD CAM working center(in order to project the programs for the above mentioned CNC 5 Axis Working Centers) with a general quote drower working till 3000mm, useful for acquire profiles into the space from existing shapes.
